Etihad Peace Minorities Welfare Foundation undertake various activities like awareness, advocacy and research, special studies in medicine and nutrition, promoting mother and child health (MCH), promoting healthcare for senior citizens and persons with disabilities, control and prevention of non communicable diseases (NCD), combating human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS), implement national programmes for eradication of malaria, leprosy, control of blindness, tuberculosis, control and eradication of communicable diseases, promoting preventive healthcare, set up and manage hospitals, drug de-addiction centers, promote patient safety, health camps, blood donation camps, food security and nutrition, family welfare, reproductive and child health (RCH), advocating for organ donation, palliative care, training on yoga, establish and run naturopathy center, promotion of information, education and communication (IEC) in Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy (AYUSH), acquisition, cataloging, digitization and publication of text book & manuscripts on medicine, promotion of proven AYUSH intervention, revitalization of local health traditions (LHT), midwifery practices etc, adolescent, reproductive and sexual health (ARSH), extra mural research projects on Indian systems of medicine and homoeopathy, supporting Continuing Medical Education (CME) in AYUSH, school health and hygiene programme, supplementing mid-day meal scheme through additional nutrition, de-worming initiative, immunization, capacity building and training of health personnel including accredited social health activists (ASHAs), etc.
